    • PURPOSE: To obtain a high accuracy position measuring result by removing dispersion from data necessary for position measurement of A/C code to which dispersion is previously given in the position measurement utilizing the A/C code of a GPS satellite. CONSTITUTION: The A/C code of a GPS satellite 1 is received with a GPS receiver 4 in a specified position to measure the specified position. A control point position measuring unit 2 which sends the position measuring data in the specified position and data of the utilizing satellite with a transmitter 7 and an optional point position measuring unit 3 which receives the C/A code of the GPS satellite 1 with a receiver 14 in an optional position to measure the optional position and receives the position measuring data in a specified position and data of the utilizing satellite with a receiver 17 are arranged. The optional point position measuring unit 3 calculates relative position information between the specified position and the optional position from the position measuring data in the specified position and position measuring data in the optional position in real time.

    • PURPOSE:To enable an omnidirectional tilt angle sensor to detect the tilt angle of the sensor even when the sensor is tilted in any direction by forming the inner surface of a case to a spherical shape and sticking a large number of electrodes to the inner surface while the inside of the case is kept empty or filled up with a nonconductive liquid, and then, installing the tilt angle sensor so that the electrodes can be maintained at horizontal positions. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 2 and 3 are alternately stuck to the inner surface of a case 1 and a voltage from a power source 5 is applied across the electrodes 2 through wires 4. The electrodes 3 are connected to a signal processing circuit 7 which removes noise caused by the chattering of conductors and detects angles through wires 6. The case 1 can have any external shape, even a square shape, etc., and a spherical conductor 8 is put in the case 1. The central axis 10 of the case 1 is tilted against a vertical axis 9 by a certain angle. Since a large number of concentric ring-like electrodes 2 and 3 are stuck, the tilt angle of this sensor can be detected even when the sensor is tilted in any direction and, when slits are formed in the electrodes, the tilt direction of the sensor can be detected.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent secret information from being leaked to the third person by instantaneously breaking or erasing the program or data held in an IC board at the time of the change of the distance or the shape of a conductive member to detect the action of the third person who tries to acquire the secret information. CONSTITUTION: An IC board 10 has the circuit constituting a sensor 13 which detects the action of the third person who tries to acquire the secret information. The sensor 13 is provided with an LC oscillator using a capacitor C, and the electrostatic capacity of the capacitor C is changed by the change of the distance between a fixed metallic electrode 5 and a mobile aluminium foil 3 or the shape of this foil 3. If the change of the distance or the shape of the aluminium foil 3 is detected by the sensor 13, a secrecy information destruct/erase circuit is operated to instantaneously destruct/erase the contents of the memory, namely, secrecy information (program or data) in a printed board 1.
