摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to evaluate a peeling property simply and precisely by a method wherein a step part in which a lower part is adjacent to a higher part is formed, an evaluation test piece in which a cutout groove is formed in the corner part on the side of the higher part of the lower part is fixed to a rigid body, a shock is applied to the higher part and the corner part of the higher part is made to collide with the rigid body. SOLUTION: In a test piece 1, a higher part 1a is formed on the side of one end, a lower part 1b is formed in the other part, and the higher part 1a and the lower part 1b form a step part on the surface side. In additon, a cutout groove 2 is formed in the depth direction in the corner part of the lower part 1b. In a rigid body 4, mounting holes 4a which position the test piece 1 at its angle are formed as test-piece fixation means, bolts 6 are screwed to the mounting holes 4a, and the test piece 1 is fixed firmly to the rigid body 4. When an impact force is applied toward the front from the rear side of the higher part 1a of the test piece 1, a coupling part 2a is fractured, and the impact force is applied to a film 3 at the corner part of the higher part 1a. As a result, since a peeling phenomenon is generated in the film 3, the existence of the exfoliation of the film 3 and the state of the film 3 are observed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide both of high temperature creep strength and tenacity by forging-forming a steel ingot, which consists of a high purity heat resistant steel, into a turbine rotor body of a desired shape, heating the turbine rotor body for quenching, and tempering the quenched turbine rotor body once or more times. CONSTITUTION:High purity heat resistant steel contains C: 0.05-0.2weight%, Ni: 0.5-1.5weight%, Cr: 8-12weight%, Mo: 0.5-2weight%, V: 0.1-0.5weight%, and N: 0.01-0.08weight%, and the remained consists of Fe and unavoidable impurity. Allowable content among the unavoidable impurity is Si: less than 0.1weght%, Mn: less than 0.1weight%, P: less than 0.01weight%, and S: less than 0.005weight%. A lump of steel which consists of high purity heat resistant steel is heated up to 980-1,120 deg.C to be hardened and tempered at 550-700 deg.C more than once to produce a high and low pressure integrated type turbine rotor. It is thus possible to provide the high and low pressure integrated type turbine rotor with excellent high temperature creep strength and excellent tenacity.
