摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength clad steel plate having excellent strength and toughness in a base metal, and also having excellent weldability and high practicality. SOLUTION: In the method for producing a clad steel plate obtained by cladding a C-Mn steel base metal and a clad plate, the C-Mn steel base metal whose carbon equivalent is controlled to ≤0.4 mass% and the clad plate are combined, the combination is heated to the range of 1,150 to 1,250°C, and is hot-rolled. The finish rolling is finished in the temperature range of 750 to 950°C, direct water quenching is performed, and thereafter, tempering is performed. The clad steel plate having higher strength satisfying the performance of the APIX 70 grade can be produced without changing the components of the clad steel plate produced by the conventional method. Further, a reheating step for quenching is eliminated, and the effects leading to the shortening of a construction period, reduction of production cost and energy consumption can be obtained. The other end side of the stud bolt 1 projects from a part 11, and is fastened by a nut 3. A tip surface 101a of the stud bolt 1 and a bottom part surface 2a of the female screw are formed as a recessed surface, and a projecting surface capable of surface contact, and come into surface contact with each other in a mutually pressed state. Thus, leakage of the contents is prevented by sure clamping. The damages to the screw part of the female screw and the stud bolt are reduced.

SOLUTION: In the components of the high temperature, high pressure device forming a female screw 12 in a first parts 2 as an object to be fastened and also bolt-fastening and bolt-fixing both parts by means of a bolt 13 screwed with the female screw and also passing through a second parts 2, an end portion 101 of the first parts 1 in the proximity of the second parts 2 is formed by material having superior strength at high temperature, and an other end portion 102 of the first parts is formed by material having a superior thermal conductive property. Thus, these two materials are connected together to provide the first parts 1. The components have sufficient strength and tenacity to required performance during operation and can expect longer life. Because of integral compound material, combination of necessary construction material can be easily changed in proportion to conditions for temperature and projecting pressure against specification change of operating conditions of the device and material of products.

Plural gas blowing ports 9a, 9b are formed in the gas feeding cylinder. Thereby, by setting fixing position and the angle of the torch head, downsizing of the torch can be made. A stable shielding by the inert gas can be made with the storage chamber and feeding cylinder, and the downsizing of the torch can be made without impairing weldability.
