摘要： PURPOSE:To continuously transmit a video signal to a land base station from a ship, by controlling the posture of an antenna emitting a video radio wave so as to always turning said antenna to the land station. CONSTITUTION:The transmitter-receiver 16 of a radar transmits a radar radio wave and receives the same through a scanner 15. The CPU 17 of a matching apparatus 2 calculates the position of the own ship using the video signal sent from the radar 1 and also calculates the relative azimuth with the position of a land receiving base station to output the same. Further, CPU 30 of a control apparatus 4 calculates the three-dimensional azimuth for controlling and setting the posture of an antenna 3 on the basis of the relative azimuth of the receiving base station from the apparatus 2. The antenna 3 is always turned to the receiving base station and, further, an absolute azimuth is continuously transmitted to the receiving base station. The electronic image of the other ship and obstacle around the own ship projected on the radar 1 is picked up by a television camera 9 and emitted from the antenna 3 to be regenerated in the receiving base station in a real time. Therefore, the receiving base station transmits the advice of steering to the ship on the basis of the regenerated picture.

A pulse generating circuit 21 outputs positive and negative pulses to actuators 22, 31 based on the generation and extinction of said signal and, corresponding to this, the recording of a video signal and the image pickup of a display 13 by a video camera 33 are respectively performed. By this method, the decision and action of a captain and navigators in a collision accident can be analyzed based on recording.

CONSTITUTION:Radar pulses reflected by the opposite ship are received by a radar antenna 10 and supplied to the computer (CP) 21 of a radar transmitter and receiver 20 successively to calculate the center position of the opposite ship on the basis of the counted value. At the same time, a CP 21 computes the distance data R and relative azimuth data theta between the opposite ship and this ship based on the time delay data and arrival azimuth data on radar pulses reflected by the opposite ship and compute the relative vectors of the opposite ship to this ship from the data R and theta and center position data on the opposite ship. Further, CPk 21 calculates the real vectors of this ship from speed data which is measured 30 and azimuth data which is measured 40 and also calculated the real vectors of the opposite ship from the real vectors of this ship and the relative vectors of the opposite ship. Then, the size of the opposite ship is estimated and computed 21 from a pulse deflection model which is stored 22.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve simultaneously the number of pulse hits and a data updating rate, and also to obtain a practical antenna radar having the high reliability by controlling the rotation of a rotary device by giving the electric power of a corresponding prescribed frequency, whenever an antenna azimuth reaches a prescribed angle. CONSTITUTION:An angle data having a prescribed relation to the speed is set to the speed setting part 21 of a radar transmitter-receiver 20, and thereafter, an antenna 11 is driven to rotate by the rotary device 12. An angle detector 13 detects the rotational angle of the device 12 as the azimuth of the antenna 11 and sends it to the angle comparator 22 of the radar transmitter-receiver 20. This comparator 22 compares an azimuth data with the set angle data of a speed setting part 21, and when it reaches the set angle data, a frequency control signal is outputted from a generator 23 and supplied to a rotation control means 30. When the means 30 receives the signal of the generator 23, a control circuit 31 makes an inverter 32 generate the electric power of a prescribed frequency and gives it to the device 12, and the device 12 rotates with a rotating speed characteristic corresponding to the frequency of the received electric power, and controls the rotation of the antenna 11.
