    • PURPOSE:To increase the content of phosphoric acid by mixing the phosphoric acid with the water granulated ore slag which is by-produced at the time of producing low-carbon ferrochromium and bringing the mixture into reaction. CONSTITUTION:The low-carbon ferrochromium ore slag having a compsn. contg. 27 to 28wt.% (hereafter %) SiO2, 46 to 49% CaO, 9 to 11% MgO and >=60% alkaline component (CaO+MgO) and having 2.2 to 2.4 basicity (CaO+MgO/SiO2) is by-produced at the time of producing the low-carbon ferrochromium. This ore slag is put into a molten state and is water-granulated by blowing compressed air and jet water liquid thereto. The prescribed volume of the phosphoric acid liquid is sprayed and mixed at one time to and with this water granulated slag or a mixture composed of this water granulated slag and fine pulverized weathered slag or is dividedly twice sprayed and mixed to and with the slag to effect the reaction. The moisture is evaporated by the reaction heat and the formed reaction product of a low moisture content is dried by hot wind, by which the phosphoric acid fertilizer having >=25% phosphoric acid content is obtd.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain double flower stock having excellent quality by fertilizing non-branching stock with self-pollination, collecting immature seeds and redifferentiating these seeds under specific conditions. SOLUTION: The non-branching stock, such as KUROKAWA cherries, is fertilized by self-pollination and the immature seeds are collected. The tissue pieces taken out of these immature seeds are cultured in the basic medium added with a plant growth control agent, such as auxin, to derive calli. The double spread stock calli selected from the calli maintained and propagated in the basic medium added with this plant growth control agent are first transplanted to a high-concentration medium contg. a medium solidifying agent at a high concn., by which small shoot lumps are grown. These small shoot lumps are then transplanted from the high-concentration medium to the low- concentration medium of the low concn. of the medium solidifying agent and are cultured there, by which the small shoot lumps are redifferentiated to plant bodies. The tissue culture seedlings of the stock are thereby obtd. and the stock of the new variety different from the mother variety is grown.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming the tissue culture seedling of a stock, capable of obtaining the normal tissue culture seedling of the stock in a high efficiency by effectively suppressing the formation of a water immersed seedling or a water immersed plant body in culturing the callus induced from the piece of a tissue of the stock or the callus obtained by maintaining and growing the callus. SOLUTION: This method for forming a tissue culture seedling of a stock consists of the first culturing process obtaining small lumps of seedlings or plant bodies by culturing the calluses induced from the pieces of the tissue of the stock or the calluses obtained by maintaining and growing the calluses in a high concentration culturing medium containing 1.0-4.0wt.% culture medium solidifying agent and the second culturing process obtaining the tissue culture seedlings of the stock by culturing the small lumps of seedlings or plant bodies obtained in the first culturing process in a low concentration medium containing the culture medium solidifying agent within the range of 0.1-1.4wt.% and lower than that used in the first culturing process.
