    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light wave radar device for enabling to measure the direction, velocity, and condition of wind with high precision of a plurality of observation spaces with different distances. SOLUTION: The light wave radar device comprises a light transmit-receive part which sends a transmitting light in the air and obtains a receiving light by collecting the scattered light, a scan driving part which scans a optical path of the transmitting light in a predetermined direction, a receiving signal generating part which generates receiving signals by performing photoelectric conversion of the obtained receiving light, and a wind speed vector calculating part which detects a radial wind speed value by performing frequency conversion of the receiving signal and and calculates a wind speed vector from a plurality of the radial wind speed values and an output value of a corresponding elevation angle and an azimuthal angle. The scan driving part calculates scanning angles corresponding to the distances so that a plurality of points which are located at predetermined distances from the scan center are scanned on the basis of the distance between the installation position of the light wave radar device and an observation space, and scan the path of the transmitting light.     • PURPOSE:To supply power continuously or almost continuously to a load by supplying the power to the load selectively from one of a plurality of fly-wheel generators via a power converter. CONSTITUTION:By a thyristor driving gear 12, a fly-wheel generator 2 is accelerated, and is contrived to come to a specified rotational speed. After that, power from the fly-wheel generator 2 is fed to a load 1 via a transformer 11 and a power converter 3. In the meantime, during a period for supplying the power to the load 1 from the fly-wheel generator 2, by the thyristor driving gear 12, a fly-wheel generator 13 is accelerated and the speed is increased to attain a specified rotational speed and after that, the generator 13 is placed on standby. When power supply to the load 1 from the fly-wheel generator 2 is completed, then from the fly-wheel generator 13, power is fed to the load 1 via a transformer 15 and the power converter 3. As a result, the power can be supplied to the load 1 continuously or almost continuously.

As above-mentioned, the coils 1a-1c are connected by turns and at the first period, the inductance is small and the rise time of the coil current Ic, consequently, the rise time of the storage or the emission power P of a superconductive coil is made shorter and the response becomes better.
