摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cutting and rewelding metal plate by which the metal plate can be cut an rewelded remotely when the cutting and rewelding space is small and a worker is protected from being exposed in the case of repairing a structure consisting of the comparatively thick metal plate. SOLUTION: When the thick metal is cut and rewelded remotely under the atmosphere where person is hardly accessible, the metal plate are cut respectively with a water jet cutting machine or a laser beam machine in an oblique direction so that two cut surfaces are nearer to each other as they advance in the thickness direction from a side to be rewelded of the metal plates, and then both metal plates are rewelded without applying surface finish or edge preparation to the both cut surfaces.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a wall body for cooling, which is capable of being cooled uniformly with a low cost within a short period of time under a load atmosphere applied with a thermal load, an internal pressure load, an asymmetric electromagnetic load and the like, such as the first wall of a fusion reactor for example, simplified in designing and having high reliability. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of a wall body for cooling, wherein a plurality of hollow members 1 having circular sections are connected metallurgically to metallic plate members 3 arranged so as to surround the hollow members 1, grooves for fitting the hollow members 1, are formed on the metallic plate members 3 while retaining a distance which prevents the contact of the hollow members with each other, then, the hollow members 1 are engaged with the grooves formed on the metallic plate members 3 to assemble both of them integrally and the circumference of respective connecting parts is sealed so as to be air-tight under a condition that respective connecting parts between the hollow members 1 and the metallic plate, members 3 as well as between the mutual metallic plate members 3 are retained at a low pressure to be subjected to hot hydrostatic pressurizing treatment under a condition that the inside and the outside of respective hollow members 1 are communicated with each other.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good joined part and to facilitate secondary machining so as to be performed within a short time by manufacturing metallic plate materials for enclosing a tube group by subjecting these to hot hydrostatic pressing (HIP) even when a cooling wall body is composed of a plurality of different kinds of metals. SOLUTION: A tube group is formed by arranging a plurality of tubes 2 roughly square in form in one direction with the respective side faces in contact with one another and a metallic liner 4 difficult to be deformed in a side in which a metallic plate 4 deformed more easily than the hollow tube 2 is provided. The easily deformed metallic plate 4 is arranged in the outer surface of the metallic liner 1, metallic plate materials 5, 6 and 7 are arranged in the remaining three directions of the hollow tube 2 and metal plates having through-holes and made of the same materials are arranged in both ends of an axial direction. Then, a hermetically sealed part 8 in which the metallic plate materials come into contact with one another and the through- hole 3 parts of the hollow tubes 2 are welded to each other and by performing hermetical sealing after a space thereby created is made vacuum, a vacuum gap 9 is formed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely seal, block up and join a cover by performing TIG welding on a thin plate on the same plane as an opening end surface to the inside of the opening end of a vessel, performing seal welding on a periphery of its mating face by arranging the cover on an end surface of the vessel and an outside surface of the thin plate in the next place, and performing HIP joining on the cover to the end surface of the vessel and the outside surface of the thin plate thereafter. SOLUTION: An austenite type stainless steel thin plate 10 is joined (a) by TIG welding 11 on the same plane as an opening end surface 4 of a vessel 1 to the inside of a cooling water header 2 on the opening end of the austenite type stainless steel bracket vessel 1 whose inside is partitioned into two chambers by a rib 7. Next, a cover 6 of a thick plate being a strength member is arranged on an end surface 4 of the vessel 1 and an outside surface of a thin plate 10, and seal welding 12 is performed (b) on a periphery of its mating face. Afterwards, the cover 6 is joined by HIP joining 13 to the opening end surface 4 of the bracket vessel 1 and the outside surface of the thin plate 10. A hole 14 is worked (c) so that hydrostatic pressure can be pressurized even from the inside of the cooling water header 2 at HIP joining time and a cooling water passage can be communicated with outside air.

The container 1 houses the miscellaneous solid waste 2 which is supplied additionally. The container 1 is suspended, transferred to directly above a canister 4 in the fusion furnace and is pulled down to the vicinity of the surface of molten metal 41. When the bottom plate 12 is heated by the molten metal 41, weakened, and drops into the canister 4 with the housed miscellaneous solid waste 2, the tube body 11 is pulled up and recovered.
