N type thermoelectric conversion element is produced by sintering SiC + C (1 to 10 wt.%) or Si (1 to 10 wt.%) in argon or nitrogen gas environment. The thermoelectric conversion element and the lead wire are connected by using Ti group braze.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance uniformity at joint and joint efficiency by composing the cooling passage of a fusion reactor of a copper alloy having high thermal conductivity and composing a cooling plate of tungsten. SOLUTION: A fusion reactor comprises a vacuum vessel, a coil generating a field for confining a hydrogen isotope plasma and a cooling passage 1 for passing coolant arranged in the vacuum vessel, and a cooling plate having a material facing plasma. A member having the cooling passage 1 is composed of a copper alloy 2 having high thermal conductivity and the cooling plate is composed of tungsten 3 having high melting point. The copper alloy 2 and tungsten 3 are jointed directly through an HIP(high pressure isotropic pressure) joint face 4 without using any brazing material. Direct jointing is performed under temperature of 900-1,100 deg.C by applying a high pressure of 50-200 MP isotropically for 0.15-4 hours.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable taking of allowable stress largely by manufacturing a bellows of ceramic showing mechanical property excellent at high temperature. SOLUTION: Ceramic raw material powder is made SiC, and a graphite core is manufactured by minute particle isotropic graphite. At first, the graphite core having wave shape on the surface is shaved by a lathe. The graphite core is inserted in the cylindrical bag of rubber or vinyl, and ceramic powder is filled therearound. It is put in a room temperature static pressure press, high static pressure is applied, and the graphite core is molded into a compact block. The bag is removed, and the graphite core is shaved by lathe processing so that the part of thickness of a bellows remains. The compact is put into a metallic mold, and a joint is seal-welded. The compact is put in a high static pressure press, and sintering of ceramic is performed at high temperature and pressure of argon gas. The metallic mold is separated. A hole is drilled by a drill from both the end faces of the graphite core. The bellows with the graphite core is put in an electric furnace, and the graphite core is oxidized. A small amount of ash remains, removed, and manufacture of the bellows is completed.

SOLUTION: The superior nonmagnetic steel is obtained by which contains 0.05-0.25 wt.% C, 1.0% or less Si, 10.0-18.0% Mn, 15.0 plus-18.0% Cr, and 0.30% or less N, with the balance essentially consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities, in which Ni content in the inevitable impurities is desirably regulated at 0.2% or less, in which nuclear exothermic and activation are suppressed, with the components satisfying an expression, i.e., A/B>=1.45 (A=24C+21N, B=Cr+0.5Si+0.07Mn-13.2), and in which no δ ferrite is contained. This nonmagnetic steel is provided with the mechanical characteristics, weldability and nonmagnetism equivalent to stainless steel, and also indicative of excellent corrosion resistance in the real environment, so that it is suitable as a material for the vacuum container of a nuclear fusion reactor.
