摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multitubular heat exchanger with superior cleaning performance of a cylindrical shell interior, and by this, capable of using a beverage as a heat transfer medium flowing through the cylindrical shell.
SOLUTION: The multitubular heat exchanger is provided with the cylindrical shell, a heat transfer tube, a fixed tube sheet, a movable tube sheet, and a nozzle. The fixed tube sheet and the movable tube sheet are respectively attached to both ends of the cylindrical shell. A plurality of the heat transfer tubes exist, one end of each is connected to one of openings multiply formed in the fixed tube sheet, and another end is connected to one of openings multiply formed in the movable tube sheet. The movable tube sheet has a first groove part and a second groove part in parallel with each outer circumference of both ends in a thickness direction, and an O-ring is respectively inserted in the first groove part and the second groove part. The nozzle is arranged on the cylindrical shell, and it is for supplying liquid into the cylindrical shell, or discharging liquid from the cylindrical shell.
