摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film containing polyethylene dioxythiophene with high light permeability and a low resistance value, and to provide conductive coating for manufacturing the transparent conductive film.
SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the conductive coating includes a mixing process for mixing a polyethylene dioxythiophene solution with an enhancer, a heat treatment process for heat-treating the mixture at 60-100°C, and an adding process for adding resin and solvent to a heat-treated object. The transparent conductive film has light permeability of 90% or higher, and a surface resistance value 400 Ω/square or less.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film having excellent high-temperature resistance and humidity resistance, and to provide a coating material for conductive films for forming the transparent conductive film.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a coating material for conductive films according to the invention comprises: a pH control step for controlling a hydrogen ion density index (pH) of polyethylene dioxythiophene solution to 6 to 8 by use of amine; and a mixing step for mixing the polyethylene dioxythiophene solution subjected to pH control in the pH control step, a polyester resin, a silane coupling agent, and an enhancer. The transparent conductive film according to the invention shows a change rate of its resistance value (Ω/sq.) of 10% or below as a result of a high-temperature resistance test at a temperature of 80°C for 240 hours, and shows a change rate of the resistance value (Ω/sq.) of 10% or below as a result of a humidity resistance test at a humidity of 90% and a temperature of 60°C for 240 hours.
