    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive discharging device to soil needing neither to form an additive transfer part into double pipe structure nor to separately provide a valve for switching the supply of an additive.
      SOLUTION: The additive discharging device to soil comprises an inner shaft having a rotating outer surface, a passage for allowing the additive to flow through, and an inner discharge port formed in the rotating outer surface to communicate with the passage; and an outer shaft which is a hollow outer shaft fitted to the outside of the inner shaft turnably within a predetermined range and having a first receiving port and a second receiving port formed in a rotating inner surface facing the rotating outer surface, a first outer discharge port formed in the outer surface to communicate with the first receiving port, and a second outer discharge port formed in the outer surface to communicate with the second receiving port. The inner discharge port and the first receiving port communicate with each other in a first turning position out of the turning positions of the outer shaft to the inner shaft, and the inner discharge port and the second receiving port communicate with each other in the second turning position.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil cement composite pile low in cost with high bearing power. SOLUTION: The soil cement composite pile 1 is composed of a cylindrical soil cement column body 2, and a ductile cast iron pipe 3 inserted in the longitudinal direction of the center part. The soil cement column body 2 is constructed by a mechanical deep mixing method which is a well-known soil improving method. The ductile cast iron pipe 3 is formed with a rough surface with micro unevenness formed over the whole outer peripheral surface. This unevenness is formed in a goose-flesh state with a mold releasing agent applied to the inner surface of a die when manufacturing the ductile cast iron pipe 3 by a die centrifugal force casting method. Since soil cement gets into recesses of the unevenness, bond strength between the outer peripheral surface of the ductile cast iron pipe 3 and the inner peripheral surface of the soil cement column body 2 is enhanced, and frictional force between them increases to improve the bearing power of the composite pile 1.
