The vaporized gas inlet/outlet 14 of the recovery container 10 and one opening of a selector valve 16 of the compressor 17 are connected by a passage 18, T-branch pipe 20 is connected to another opening of the selector valve 16 via a valve 19, a gas consumption port 22 is opened via a valve 21, the recovery container 10 and the gas compressor 17 provided with the selector valve 16 are installed on a recovery vehicle K, a valve 32 and a T-branch pipe 33 are connected in order to a liquefied gas output port 31 of the installed storage tank 30, and a pipe 38 is connected to the T-branch pipe 33 of a liquefied gas output port 31 side of the installed storage tank 30.

      SOLUTION: The LPG collecting apparatus 10 is configured by pulling out a collecting pipe 12 opened in the neighborhood of the bottom of an LPG supply container 11 toward the outside of the LPG supply container, and by connecting the collecting pipe 12 to the inlet of an LPG cooling and collecting means 13 via a first intermediate valve V1, and by connecting a connecting piping 14 elongating from the outlet of the LPG cooling and collecting means 13 to an LPG collecting bomb 15 via a second intermediate valve V2. The LPG cooling and collecting means 13 adopts the mechanism for cooling the LPG by means of an alcohol refrigerant bath 16 using dry ice as a cold heat source. The mechanism for cooling the LPG is configured by immersing an LPG cooling bomb 17 into the alcohol refrigerant bath 16 surrounded by a heat insulating wall 18.

The hot water tank 11 is connected with the outer kiln 33 by at least two communicating pipes 35, so that upper and lower openings of one communicating pipe 35a is high in level, and upper and lower openings of the other communicating pipe 35b are low in level. The outer kiln 33 is located at a side of the hot water tank 11, and the communicating pipes 35 are spaced from each other in a perpendicular direction and disposed to be horizontal or inclined. The outer kiln 35 may be arranged below the hot water tank 11.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LPG vaporizing mechanism capable of developing a high evaporating efficiency despite the fact that the mechanism is an evaporator of atmospheric heat absorbing type requiring no heat source. SOLUTION: Liquefied LPG is led from a liquid phase 11 in a container or a storage reservoir 10 to a double fin tube 14 through a tube 12 and a hydraulic pressure regulating valve 13. The pressure of the liquefied LPG is regulated by the hydraulic pressure regulating valve 13, for example, to 0.1 MPa (temperature of LPG -25 deg.C). On the other hand, vaporized gaseous LPG is led from a gas phase 15 in the container or the storage reservoir 10 to the tip part of the inner tube 18 of the double fin tube 14 through a tube 16 and a pressure reducing valve 17, and discharged from a small hole 19 at the bottom of the inner tube 18 into the liquefied LPG. The liquefied LPG receives an atmospheric heat absorbed from fins 21 and a heat quantity of the gaseous LPG while the LPG passes a clearance between the outer tube 20 and the inner tube 18 of the double fin tube 14 to increase the temperature so as to promote the evaporation. The pressure of the gaseous LPG led into the inner tube 18 is set higher than that of the liquefied LPG, i.e., set higher than 0.1 MPa.
