摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a cylindrical structure, capable of securing safety inside a passage during installation of a cylindrical structure and safety of an operator passing and working inside the formed passage, and thus capable of efficiently performing a restoration work.SOLUTION: In a construction method for a cylindrical structure of which inside is a cylindrical passage and which consists of a plurality of cylindrical bodies connected together in the extension direction, both ends of at least one of the cylindrical bodies in the extension direction are covered by removable protective barriers so that the ends are blocked, and the protective barrier is removed in the state that the end of one cylindrical body in the extension direction is arranged close to the end of the other cylindrical body in the extension direction, thereby, making the respective passages of the one cylindrical body and the other cylindrical body communicate with each other.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radioactive decontamination system and a radioactive decontamination method capable of removing or reducing radioactive contamination in a broad natural domain and controlling the radioactive contamination in a downstream area.SOLUTION: A radioactive decontamination system to remove or reduce radioactive contamination in a natural environment comprises: a damming pond 1 which is constructed at a place where radioactivity is likely to be accumulated and provided with a sediment layer 13; a damming wall 2 which is constructed at a place where rainwater is likely to flow; a side ditch 3 constructed along a road 3a as well as the damming wall 2; a water channel 4 to collect contaminated water flowing into the side ditch 3; and a contaminated water decontamination device 5 connected to the water channel 4. The contaminated water flowing into the side ditch 3 is decontaminated with the contamination water decontamination device 5 and radioactive substances absorbed into the sediment layer 13 of the damming pond 1 are recovered by replacing the sediment layer 13.
