Moreover, in this construction of the rotary tilling device, the slide hitch 34 is constructed so as to elevate with the rotating operation of a tilling handle 36 so that the rear cover 28 may be pulled up in linkage via a wire 38 by rotating the tilling handle 36 to the lifting side of the slide hitch.
