    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball valve made of titanium employing non-titanium alloy for a body cap side flange in a flange connection part between a body main part and a body cap and for flanges for piping connection at tips of fluid inlet and outlet pipe lines, which is hardly damaged even if large pressure generated by water hammer is applied to the flange connection parts so as to improve strength and durability.
      SOLUTION: A ring member made of a non-titanium alloy in which a male screw 8a is engraved on the inner periphery thereof is utilized for a body cap side flange 3 in a flange connection part between a body main part 1 and a body cap 2 forming a valve chamber 10 and for flanges 6, 7 for piping connection provided to tips of fluid inlet and outlet pipe lines 4, 5. The ring members is screwed to the outer peripheral part where male screws 8b of the fluid inlet and outlet pipe lines 4, 5 and a ball seat receiving member 9 made of titanium alloy for flange forming of the ring members.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer agitating device superior in heat transfer efficiency of a process fluid and a heating medium fluid, uniformly transferring heat to the whole process fluid in an agitating tank, reducing an energy loss, causing little failure and damage to an agitating blade, and superior in durability.
      SOLUTION: The inside of a heat transfer agitating tank 1 is partitioned into both side flowing chambers 11 and 12 and an intermediate heat exchange chamber 10. An inflow port 2a of the process fluid PL is arranged in one of both passage chambers 11 and 12, and an outflow port 2b is arranged in the other. The inside of the heat exchange chamber 10 is juxtaposed with a large number of heat exchange pipes 3 and 3 for respectively communicating both ends with both side flowing chambers 11 and 12. Heating medium flowing ports 4a and 4b for flowing the heating medium fluid HL are provided in a heating medium passage 10a composed of the heat exchange pipes 3 and 3 in the heat exchange chamber 10, and the agitating blade 5 is provided in one side flowing chamber 11.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuating valve device having a simple structure, easy to manufacture, capable of being provided at a low cost and excellent in durability.
      SOLUTION: This evacuating valve device is provided with a valve body 14, a connection fitting 15 mounted to the valve body 14 in evacuation, and a valve 16 loosely fitted to a valve chest 19 of the valve body 14. The valve chest 19 is provided with: a one end-side valve seat part 21 for one end face 16a of the valve 16 to abut on it; an other end-side valve seat part 22 for the other end face 16b of the valve 16 to abut on it; and a gap formation means 23 for forming a valve opening gap, when the end face 16a of the valve 16 abuts on the seat part 21, between them. When the evacuation is started, the end face 16a of the valve 16 abuts on the seat part 21, the end face 16b of the valve 16 is separated from the seat part 22 to open the valve, and when the evacuation is finished, the end face 16b of the valve 16 abuts on the seat part 22 to close the valve.
