    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for holding/operating the tissue of the human body under the control of a remote control person system. SOLUTION: A surgical operational system is equipped with a base for being anchored to a patient; a positioning mechanism which is mounted on the base and is equipped with a supporting member, the support member is operated with two or more degrees of freedom in relation to the base; a surgical operating tool equipped with a list mechanism which connects an end effector to a slender member removably combined with the supporting member, the end effector operates with two or more degrees of freedom to the supporting member and the surgical operating tool is adapted so that the surgical operating tool is inserted in the patient to put the end effector on a location adjoining a surgical work section; and a master device combined with the positioning mechanism and the surgical operating tool, the master device controls the movements of the positioning mechanism and the end effector and receives force feedback information from the surgical operating tool with two or more degrees of freedom.
