      SOLUTION: The heated toilet seat 1 comprises a seat surface member 10 forming a seat surface 10a on the surface, a heater 20 applied to a back surface 10b of the seat member 10 to be energized to heat the seat surface 10a, and a seat back member 30 fixed to the seat surface member 10 to shield the heater 20.
