A main body part comprising a console panel part and a control circuit is separately arranged in free space on the base 2. Each member such as the electric power supply part 51 and the power module 52 required as the vibration testing system 1 is integrally arranged through the use of free space. Immediate operation is thereby possible only by connecting a power cable and an air hose as preparation for system operation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for determining operating conditions for acquiring desired operation-related values even if characteristics of a vibration generator are not obtained by experiments previously.
      SOLUTION: A vibration controller 22 controls the driving current of the vibration generator 1 so as to apply desired vibration to a specimen under a set exciting current. An operation-related value acquisition means 50 obtains power consumed by an exciting coil and a driving coil when control stabilizes. An exciting current changing means 52 changes the exciting current only by a minute value, when the control stabilizes. The acquisition means 50 obtains a power consumption value with respect to each exciting current value changing minutely. A displacement point detecting means 54 observes a series of power consumption values obtained by the acquisition means 50 and detects its displacement point. A point where power consumption values decreasing gradually changes to increase after that, is found out as a displacement point. An exciting current corresponding to this displacement point is set as an operating condition. Then, the number of revolutions of a blower is decided by feedback control.

      SOLUTION: The operating condition determination apparatus 100 measures an exciting current and a drive current under the state that a predetermined vibration is applied to a specimen 20, and calculates a required exciting force which the vibration generator 1 should generate. When the exciting current is variously changed, a required drive current needed to obtain the required exciting force is calculated based on the calculated required exciting force. Further, the temperatures of the exciting coil 4 and drive coil 10 are estimated when the vibration generator 1 is operated at each expected exciting and drive current varying the cooling capacity of a cooling blower 16 for each exciting current, and the power consumption in each coil and the power consumption of the cooling blower 16 are calculated. Then, within conditions which satisfy temperature conditions, the optimal operating condition based on the focused operation related values is selected.
