    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive board inspecting device for measuring a current value between a power source part and a part to be measured.
      SOLUTION: An insulation circuit part InC-y has an operation amplifier A2-y, a resistance Rs-y, a Zener diode D1-y, a limiter LM-y, a resistance R2-y, a diac D2-y, and an operation amplifier A3-y. An output from an operation amplifier A1 is connected to a noninverting input terminal of the operation amplifier A2-y. An output from the operation amplifier A2-y is input into an input terminal of a board connection part MaR-y through the resistance Rs-y and the limiter LM-y. An output from the operation amplifier A2-y is input into an inverting input terminal of the operation amplifier A2-y through the operation amplifier A3-y or the like. Hereby, each current value flowing in a plurality of resisters Rx-y to be measured is measured simultaneously between the power source part EC- and the board connection part MaR-y, and even during a short circuit time of some part Rx-y to be measured, a current value flowing in another part Rx-y to be measured can be measured accurately.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To show a connection state with a part to be measured, in a board inspecting device for measuring a current value between a power source part and the part to be measured.
      SOLUTION: In a high side type migration tester 1, when a lead wire L1 and a lead wire L2 are connected, an output voltage from an operation amplifier A5 is equal to a voltage of a current terminal Tc1. On the other hand, when the lead wire L1 and the lead wire L2 are not connected, the output voltage from the operation amplifier A5 is equal to a voltage determined by adding a voltage of a power source Ed1 for warning to the voltage of the current terminal Tc1. Since each voltage output from the operation amplifier A5 is different between the case where the lead wire L1 and the lead wire L2 are connected and the case where the lead wire L1 or the lead wire L2 or both of them are not connected, a warning on the connection state of the lead wire L1 and the lead wire L2 can be issued to a user based on the voltage.
