      SOLUTION: A relay member 30 for mounting a joint 40 having a lubricant supply path 41 is installed on a slider block 11 having a small-diameter lubricant supply part 16. A structure having one end side communicating with the lubricant supply part 16 and the other end side communicating with the joint 40 is employed to enable the lubricant to be supplied from a supply device after being connected with an external pipe.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating gun constituted so that stable paint atomization can be kept over a long period of time even if such measures are not adopted that the coating gun is disassembled and cleaned, the coating gun is cleaned by a cleaning liquid, paint is always circulated and the coating gun is shaken by a worker to eliminate the precipitation of paint.
      SOLUTION: The coating gun 1, in which a tapered needle 4 is incorporated to be moved freely to the axial direction and a discharge port 5 of paint is opened/closed by the tip of the needle 4, is constituted so that any of the following three positions can be selected suitably: a full-closed position that the tip of the needle 4 is press-contacted with the discharge port 5 of paint to stop the discharge of paint; a coating position that the tip of the needle 4 is moved back slightly from the discharge port 5 of paint to open the discharge port 5 by a slight opening degree in order to atomize paint; and a full-opened position that the tip of the needle 4 is moved back from the discharge port 5 of paint by a predetermined opening degree or more so as to discharge paint vigorously.

The base part includes: a first opening (waa) to which the oil is supplied; a second opening (haa) connected to the oil discharge port; one or more straight holes (wa, ha) for making the first opening (waa) communicate with the second opening; and an insert member (3a) inserted into any one straight hole (wa) of the one or more straight holes (wa, ha). A circulative flow passage (Ra) is formed between the first opening and the second opening via at least a hole formed inside the insert member or a gap between the insert member and the straight hole into which the insert member is inserted. The oil supplied to the first opening is discharged from the oil discharge port via the flow passage.
