    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a coupling ring from being attached to flange parts in an inclined state with respect to the flange parts.SOLUTION: A coupling ring 40 provided with a concave groove 43 in an inner circumferential surface thereof is fitted to an outer circumference of the abutting flange parts 20, and the coupling ring 40 is fastened to reduce an inner diameter thereof so that an inclined surface 43a formed on each side surface of the concave groove 43 presses an inclined surface 22 formed on an opposite surface of each of the flange parts 20, whereby the pair of flange parts 20 are coupled by pressure contact by axial components of force generated at the pressing. A correcting surface 51 is provided on each of the flange parts 20 or each of pipes 10 so that, only when the coupling ring 40 is attached to the flange parts 20 and fastened in an orientation remaining inclined at an angle equal to or larger than a predetermined angle rather than that in a normal attachment orientation, the correcting surface is abutted to a part 44a of the coupling ring 40 prior to completion of the fastening to prohibit the part 44a from being brought closer to the pipes 10 side any more, whereby the orientation of the coupling ring 40 is approximated to the normal attachment orientation along with the subsequent fastening.
