    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling type synthetic resin-made container in which side plates to be superposed in a folded condition are horizontally superposed and a lock lever can be attached thereto.
      SOLUTION: A bottom plate of a flat square shape, and four side plates which are foldably connected along side edges of the bottom plate are constituted so as to maintain the assembled state by the engagement of engagement projections provided on a pair of side plates to be folded last, and engagement pieces at fore ends of lock levers attached to a pair of side plate to be folded first in a vertically movable manner. The fore ends of the side plates with the lock levers being attached thereto have an overlapping part to be overlapped when being folded. The overlapping part is formed of a joining recessed surface formed by a stepped part, and an overlapping wall having 1/2 thickness. The overlapping wall is formed in a zigzag section by providing recessed surfaces in its inner and outer surfaces. Preferably, reinforcing ribs having cutouts are projected at an adequate spacing on the upper end of the overlapping wall, and longitudinal ribs are provided at an adequate spacing in the recessed surfaces of the inner and outer surfaces.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling type synthetic resin container which can be slide-stacked from either one of the directions of the longer edge side and the shorter edge side. SOLUTION: A height adjusting section is projected from the side end edge of a bottom plate having a flat square surface shape, and four side plates are connected so as to be freely bendable with the height adjusting section through a hinge section to form this assembling type synthetic resin container which can freely be assembled and folded. In the assembling type synthetic resin container, a horizontal peripheral edge section of a specified width is provided on the bottom surface peripheral edge of the bottom plate, and a protruding section which protrudes to a lower side than the horizontal peripheral edge section is provided on the internal side of the horizontal peripheral edge section. At the four corner sections of the horizontal peripheral edge section, a fitting recessed section having an approximately L-shape flat surface which is raised from the horizontal peripheral edge section by one step is provided. On the upper surfaces of both end sections of the side plate, a fitting protruding section which forms an approximately L-shaped flat surface at the four corners when the four side plates are erected and assembled is provided. The horizontal peripheral edge section of the container on the upper stage is mounted on the upper surfaces of the side plates of the container on the lower stage, and the protruding section is fitted in an opening section on the upper surface of the container on the lower stage.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefabricated synthetic resin container which prevents fingers from being stuck inside the container when being transported and has a finger hooking part formed so as to be surely gripped.
      SOLUTION: The container consists of a plane square bottom plate and four side plates bendably connected with the bottom plate along its side end edge. The finger hooking parts are provided for at least a pair of the side plates which are opposed to each other in the synthetic resin container wherein each side plate can be folded toward its opposed side plate. The finger hooking part is characterized in that a rectangular through-hole is provided in the inner board inside the side plate, and a finger hooking rib of a size to be smaller than the height of the through-hole is provided in a manner such that the finger hooking rib is protruding downward from the outer edge end of a horizontal reinforcing rib protruding from and along the upper end edge of the through-hole. The height of the through-hole is preferably sized not to allow the fingers to be stuck in the through-hole. A vertical reinforcing rib across the through-hole may be formed in the finger hooking part.

      SOLUTION: The container has a lock unit composed of lock levers which are disposed on both ends of one pair of opposed side boards, and lock members which are mounted on the other pair of opposed side boards. The lock lever is composed of a plate which is formed by making cutouts at three sides and leaving one side integral with a side board, and an engaging piece projecting on the front end of the plate. The lock member is composed of an operating portion, and an engaging projecting piece projecting on the front end of the operating portion. The operating portion has a finger hooking recession formed on the approximate center of the operating portion, and locking projections formed on both ends of the operating portion. A projecting spring is attached to the lower face of the lock member, which is mounted on the upper parts of the pair of side boards to be movable vertically.
