摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knock-down synthetic-resin-made container which can be surely locked by a simple operation for rigid assembly.
SOLUTION: The container consists of four side plates foldably coupled along side edges of the bottom plate, and each pair of opposite side plates can be folded inwardly. A locking part is provided, which consists of lock levers provided at both ends of one pair of the opposite side plates and engaging parts provided on the other pair of the opposite side plates. The lock lever has a receive for receiving a pressing protrusion of an unlock member mounted on the other pair of opposite side plates protrusively provided at the tip of the plate extending from the side plate, and is equipped with an engaging piece at the upper end of the receive. The engaging piece is pushed down by the engaging part when the side plates are raised and assembled, and the engaging part is restored by a spring function of a plate when it is located across the engaging piece, thereby causing the engaging part and the engaging piece to be engaged and locked.

In addition, when the band part is connected to the band part through the connecting part, a constitution wherein the slit is provided at the base end part of the band inserting part, the through-hole communicating with the slit is provided on the connecting part, and the cut part is provided between the through-hole and the side face of the connecting part, can be possible. And, it is possible to make the cutout part thinner than the other part.

SOLUTION: The container has a lock unit composed of lock levers which are disposed on both ends of one pair of opposed side boards, and lock members which are mounted on the other pair of opposed side boards. The lock lever is composed of a plate which is formed by making cutouts at three sides and leaving one side integral with a side board, and an engaging piece projecting on the front end of the plate. The lock member is composed of an operating portion, and an engaging projecting piece projecting on the front end of the operating portion. The operating portion has a finger hooking recession formed on the approximate center of the operating portion, and locking projections formed on both ends of the operating portion. A projecting spring is attached to the lower face of the lock member, which is mounted on the upper parts of the pair of side boards to be movable vertically.
