摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight chair for nursing care which has a simple structure, facilitates the transfer of a care-receiver having a difficulty in walking without adopting a large-scale lifting mechanism, a rotating mechanism, or the like, allows a single caregiver to do the nursing care without any help of a plurality of caregivers, and reduces the physical burden of the care-receiver to be transferred. SOLUTION: A chair for nursing care has a seat part and a backrest supported by a frame body, and the seat part and the backrest are divided into right and left splits, and the right and left splits are supported by the frame body in order to move between a closed position where mutual opposite edges face and an opened position where mutual opposite edges are separated, and the frame body is so formed that the care-receiver sitting on a pedestal such as a bed or a toilet seat can pass thereunder along with the pedestal between the frame body and the right and left splits when the right and left splits are opened.
