    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfusion device capable of facilitating transfusion action such as an intravenous drip by stably administering medicinal solution sealed in a medicinal solution bag without being restricted by a location.SOLUTION: A transfusion device is applied to a medicinal solution bag 20 in which medicinal solution is sealed, and in which a tube 21 is sealed with its distal end exposed to the outside, the tube including a connection 22 that has portions with different outside diameters continuously formed on the distal end. The transfusion device includes: a device body 10; and a tube pump 30 into which the medicinal solution discharged from the medicinal solution bag 20 is introduced and which supplies the medicinal solution at a preset flow rate. The device body 10 includes a regulation recess that allows a part of a large-diameter portion 221 of the connection 22 to intrude therein and regulates the movement of the large-diameter portion 221 along the central axis direction of the connection 22. A lid body 12 closes an opening 11a of a body section 11, with the part of the large-diameter portion 221 intruding in the regulation recess, thus retaining the medicinal solution bag 20.
