    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a large-scaled temporary construction of a scaffold or use of a large-scald crane for a long period of time and to provide a dismantling method capable of shortening a construction period and reducing a construction cost. SOLUTION: A crane post 9 passing through roofs 4a and 4b and extended upward is erected in the vicinity of the center of a tank bottom section 3a. Then, a beam 12 equipped so as to make separately rising and falling and horizontal movement of a working gondola 10 and a crane hook 11 is mounted to the upper end of the post 9 in a turnable manner, and it is projected to the outside from tank side plates 2a and 2b. Then, the gondola 10 is used for a working scaffold to cut an objective site to be dismantled in proper size while hanging and bearing the objective site to be dismantled by the hook 11, and such a working procedure as dismantling pieces to be cut off are hung down to the ground by the hook 11 is repeated while changing a turning position to dismantle the roofs 4a, 4b and side plates 2a and 2b.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent any geysering phenomenon found in vertical piping in a piping structure which consists of horizontal piping and vertical piping and circulates the remaining in-piping fluid in a tank to the upstream side of the horizontal piping by installing a heat input means for agitating in-piping fluid in the vertical piping and decreasing the wall thickness of a cold insulator in the vertical piping more than in the horizontal piping. CONSTITUTION:A heat pipe 14 is provided as a heat input means 13 for giving heat input higher than a geysering generating limit to the low temperature fluid which passes through vertical piping 6 for forming transferring piping 1. If the normal temperature air in the atmosphere is used for heating medium which passes through the heat pipe 14, its aim will be attained sufficiently. Or the thickness of a cold insulator 11b which covered vertical piping 6 as the heat input means 13 is made thinner than that of a cold insulator 11a in horizontal piping 4. It is thus possible by this construction to prevent the geysering phenomenon of the low temperature fluid in the vertical piping in advance.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of gaysering by providing a liquid mixing gas injection opening at every geyseriny generating limit liquid column height and controlling the flow of the mixed gas by means of the incline of temperature in a pipe shaft direction. CONSTITUTION:Units 11 are constituted by providing the vertical portion of the receiving piping 2 of an LNG tank 1 at every geysering generation minimum length A. And a liquid mixing injection opening 12 is formed at the lower end portion of each unit 11. The detection signal of the temperature detector 14 of each unit 11 is arranged to be inputted to a temperature difference operator 15 which acts as a controller. A boiling point curve according to a liquid column height within the piping 2 is inputted beforehand at this temperature difference operator 15. When the actually measured value of each point approaches to a boiling point curve at its point, a signal is sent to a flow control valve 13, and a mixing gas is injected from the injection opening 12 and a liquid is mixed.
