摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold storage medium that has a high cold accumulating capacity at cryogenic temperatures. SOLUTION: The cold storage medium is provided which forms a solid-liquid coexisting phase in the range of -90 deg.C to -160 deg.C by mixing a plurality of organic solvents having a melting point of not more than -90 deg.C and which has fluidity and latent heat in the range thereof. The cold storage medium has fluidity and has a capacity to storage cold heat as latent heat in the range of cryogenic temperatures. Therefore, when using the cold accumulating material in a cold storage tank for a cooling system the cold storage medium capacity is enhanced and the high efficiency is provided, which results in the reduction of the running cost.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a plant for storing gas with improved economy in storage. SOLUTION: In the plant for storing gas, a part of natural gas which flows in the distribution pipe 8 is introduced into a medium W in a generator 31 by a compressor 33 via diffusing pipe 40, elevating the inner pressure of the generator 31 while coolant from a coolant sourse 43 is continuously fed to a cooling pipe 41, cooling down the inside of the generator 31. This causes generation of hydrate H from natural gas G and the medium W which has higher density than the liquefied gas, resulting in reduction of volume of natural gas to be stored. Meanwhile thermal oil from a thermal oil sourse 44 is continuously fed to a heating pipe 42, elevating inside temperature of the generator, causing the hydrate H to separate into natural gas G and the medium W. This natural gas G is supplied to the distributing pipe 8 via route 39, 36 and 46.

摘要： PURPOSE:To stably feed fuel gas upon sole power failure of an LNG terminal. CONSTITUTION:An LNG extraction pipe 7 connected to an LNG storage tank 10 is provided on the outlet port side of an LNG boost pump 2 for boosting LNG gas from an LNG terminal 1. LNG is reserved in the LNG tank 10. A pressurized carburetor 15 is provided in a circulation line 16 laid in the storage tank 10. Gaseous NG gasified by the carburetor 15 is returned into a gas phase part of the LNG storage tank 10 so as to pressurize the LNG. Thus pressurized LNG in the LNG tank 10 is gasified by an air heat type carburetor 19, and the gasified NG is led into a gas conduit 4 through a gas feed pipe 20, and is then fed into a power station 5. Even though the LNG boost pump 2 comes to a stop due to power failure, the LNG in the LNG storage tank 10 is pressurized, and is then gasified before it is fed into the power plant 5, thereby it is possible to stably feed gas.

A boiling point curve according to a liquid column height within the piping 2 is inputted beforehand at this temperature difference operator 15. When the actually measured value of each point approaches to a boiling point curve at its point, a signal is sent to a flow control valve 13, and a mixing gas is injected from the injection opening 12 and a liquid is mixed.
