    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce inside angularity in a circumferential direction of a product and to improve thickness ununiformity rate by arranging each roll stand with a specified angular displacement in the circumferential direction of a rolling pass line. SOLUTION: This method is a method for drawing metallic tubes with three rolls by which plural roll stands are continuously arranged and three rolls are arranged at intervals of 120 deg. in the circumferential direction around the rolling pass line of each roll stand and the rolls of the roll stand are arranged with the angular displacement of the multiple of 9-15 deg. on a plane orthogonally crossed with the rolling pass line. These arranged roll stands are divided into an arbitrary number of pairs, the angular displacement in the pair is defined as 60 deg. and the angular displacement of the adjacent pairs as >=30 deg.. Besides, when this cycle in which the angular displacement in the pair is defined as 60 deg. and the angular displacement between the adjacent pairs as >=30 deg. is repeated in two or more cycles, because twist of the tube is mitigated, in the whole region of the roll stands having large working quality by rolling, the thickness ununiformity is furthermore improved.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the consumption of covering polyolefin and contrive to improve efficiency by a method wherein polyolefin layer consists of first polyolefin layer prepared by mixing and kneading pigments, the mixing ratio of which is constant irrespective of color to bring out, and specified second polyolefin layer prepared by mixing 3nd kneading pigments, the mixing ratio of which is controlled in accordance with the color to bring out. CONSTITUTION:As the colored polyolefin layer coveringly formed on the surface of metal pipe 1, first polyolefin layer 15 prepared by mixing and kneading pigments, the mixing ratio of which is constant irrespective of color to bring out, and second polyolefin layer 14, in which the pigment concentrations are controlled within the range of 0.5-3.0wt.% and, at the same time, the covering coating thickness of which is set to be 5-30% of the total thickness, are equipped. When coloring is changed, only the changing operation of the second polyolefin layer 14 is performed, resulting in reducing the amount of resin to be discharged and suppressing the lowering of efficiency.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain high quality steel pipe, both the inner and the outer surfaces of which are simultaneously lined with polyvinyl chloride by a method wherein the end of the steel pipe is shifted to its predetermined rough cutting position so as to cut off the extensions over the end of steel pipe of the inner surface and outer surface polyvinyl chloride pipes leaving the predetermined excess lengths in order to cut off said excess lengths under the condition that the steel pipe is aligned. CONSTITUTION:With a pusher 28, which is driven by means of a pusher driving circuit 29 connected to a CPU, steel pipe 21 is pushed leftwards so as to bring its end below a grindstone saw 27. The aligning of the steel pipe 21 is performed under the condition that outer surface polyvinyl chloride pipe 22 and inner surface polyvinyl chloride pipe 23 respectively have somewhat excess lengths. After the aligning, the grindstone saw 27 is lowered by means of a grindstone saw driving circuit 30 connected to the CPU so as to rough-cut the outer surface polyvinyl chloride pipe 22 and the inner surface polyvinyl chloride pipe 23. Next, the steel pipe 21 is fed to a pipe end polishing section 31 so as to be placed on alignment rollers 32. The excess length parts of the outer surface polyvinyl chloride pipe 22 and of the inner surface polyvinyl chloride pipe 23 are shifted leftwards as being aligned so as to polish the excess length parts until the end of the steel pipe 21 abuts against a belt sander 33.

    • PURPOSE:To perform insertion correctly and promptly and make labor saving and high efficiency in the work by grasping steel pipes and guiding simultaneously synthetic resin pipes thereinto and by the use of guides for loose insertion. CONSTITUTION:Steel pipes A are mounted on a lower guide 1 and fixed thereon by means of a magnet 3. The top ends of vinyl chloride pipes B are guided through the tapered guide surface 1a, 2a of guides 1, 2 by means of a pusher 6 on lower delivery rolls 5 and transported by the pusher up to the position where the top end thereof comes near to the steel pipes A. In the next place, the upper guide 2 is pressed to the upper surfaces of the steel pipes by means of an air compression cylinder 4 and at the same time the vinyl chloride pipes B become a state of loose insertion with respect to the upper and lower guides. By driving the lower delivery rolls, the vinyl chloride pipes are inserted into the steel pipes and the support table 9 of the air compression cylinder 4 is made capable of coming up and down in accordance with the diameter of pipes. In this fashion, insertion can be performed correctly and promptly and thus labor saving and high efficiency in the work can be made thereby.
