SOLUTION: In a cable crane for stopping the vibration of a bucket by performing two-stage acceleration and deceleration operation with intermediate speed operation between acceleration from a start to high speed operation, and between deceleration from the high speed operation to a stop, when a trolley 16 suspending a bucket 27 is traversed from a start position to a target position; the following are provided a distance judging means 1: for judging the distance from the start position to the target position, and an operation speed setting means: for performing the high speed operation at the highest speed when the distance is judged longer than a distance needed to stop vibration, and for performing the high speed operation at a given speed lower than the highest speed when the distance is judged shorter than a distance needed to stop vibration.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the linear moving of a load dropping hole by constituting a boom storing a conveyor so that the boom can swing around a fixed end and elongate and contract and controlling the elongating and contracting amount of the boom according to the swing amount of the boom. SOLUTION: When an operator performs a swing operation, rotation of an electric motor for revolution 11 via an inverter 16, traveling of a truck and swing of a boom 1 are performed by generation of a swing command based on a swing operation in a control system. At the same time, the swinging amount of the electric motor 11 for swing is detected as swing amount of the boom 1 by a swing amount detecting device 12 and is inputted into an arithmetic part 13 and target elongating and contracting amount is calculated. According to target elongating and contracting amount, an electric motor 14 for elongation and contraction rotates via an inverter 17, an inner frame boom 4 moves in the longitudinal direction for an outer frame boom 3 and the boom 1 elongates and contracts. At the same time, actual rotational amount of the electric motor 14 for elongation and contraction is detected as actual elongating and contracting amount of the boom 1 by an elongating and contracting amount detecting device 15 and a correction control is performed via the arithmetic part 13 when actual elongating and contracting amount deviates from target elongating and contracting amount.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a winding roll which is prevented from the occurrence of a trouble, e.g. winding wrinkle, winding displacement, and produces uniform winding hardness, by a method wherein a nip pressure is controlled by means of a primary arm and a secondary arm. CONSTITUTION:A pressure force by means of which a spool 11 is pressed against a reel drum 12 according to the swirl lowering angle of a primary arm 18 is controlled. A total nip pressure of the dead weight of the spool 11 and a nip pressure by the primary arm 18 is regulated. A pressure force, exerted simultaneously with delivery of the spool 11 to a secondary arm 15 at the swirl lower limit of the primary arm 18, and a pressure force by means of which the spool 11 is pressed, supported to the secondary arm 15, against the reel drum 12, are cross-controlled to specify a total nip pressure. Subsequently, through control of the pressure force of the secondary arm according to the winding size of a winding roll 17, an arbitrary nip pressure is applied on a web 16. This constitution provides a winding roll which is prevented from the occurrence of a trouble, e.g. winding wrinkle, winding displacement, and provides uniform winding hardness.
