摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation system of low-costed structure capable of three-dimensionally isolating a base, preventing rocking, and maintaining three-dimensional base isolation and prevention of rocking even if one of a hydraulic system and a pneumatic system has a trouble. SOLUTION: Compound structures 39 respectively formed by piling a layered rubber 2 and a load support cylinder 3 are arranged along a lower part of the peripheral edge of a base-isolated structure 4, and cylinder connected structures 26 formed by straightly connecting pistons of a plurality of rocking restricting cylinders through connecting rods 17 are arranged along the peripheral edge of the base-isolated structure 4, and a cylinder pressurization chamber of the compound structure 39 is connected to one side liquid chamber of the rocking restricting cylinder through an operating fluid pipe, and an accumulator is connected to the other side liquid chamber of the rocking restricting cylinder, and a movement transmitting device 18 for connecting between ends of the cylinder connected structures 26 positioned in corner parts of the base-isolated structure 4 are provided so as to structure a rocking preventing device 41. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly strong air spring having a smaller size and a longer stroke for actualizing vertical base isolation of a structure. SOLUTION: The air spring 1 comprises a cylindrical outer cylinder 2 having a bottom face 2a and opening upward, and an operating body 3 having a smaller diameter than the outer cylinder 2 and inserted therein, the outer cylinder 2 and the operating body 3 being connected to each other via a diaphragm 4. The operating body 3 is a cylindrical container which has an upper end face 3a and a lower end face 3b, which has an auxiliary tank 6 inside, and which has an orifice 7 formed in the lower end face 3b. The diaphragm 4 is a cylindrical rubber film which is fixed to the lower end face 3b of the operating body 3 and to the bottom face 2a of the outer cylinder 2 via bead portions 4b, 4c formed at the upper and lower edges, respectively. In the rubber film forming the diaphragm 4, reinforcing fibers of nylon fibers are arranged in two directions with a reinforcing fiber angle symmetrical to the longitudinal direction of the diaphragm 4.
