摘要： A process of treating glass batch material comprises pelletizing batch material so formulated as to be capable of vitrification, drying and preheating the resulting pellets, followed by sintering while fluidizing the pellets in a fluidizing layer or jet layer by a gas. The sintered pellets obtained by such treatment are useful in the respect that they are free of scattering and fuse in a short period of time when thrown and fused in a melting tank.

While, on the mounted fitting article 4 side, each pin receiving tool 6 having a hole 6a fitted with the positioning pin 5 is installed at two places at the corner part on the undersurface, in correspondence with the projection installation position of the positioning pin 5. The fitting article 4 suspended by the loading device 3 is positioned speedily and correctly by leading the hole 6a of the pin receiving tool 6 by the conical part at the head part of the positioning pin 5.
