    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate trouble due to clogging, etc., of a tailing returning cylinder for returning tailings during threshing operation in a threshing device to a threshing chamber. SOLUTION: The constitution of this apparatus for returning the tailings of the thresher is characterized by arranging the tailing returning cylinder 7 having an elevating screw 6 internally installed in a sidewall 5 of a machine body on the side opposite to a feed chain 4 arranged on the side of a threshing port 3 of the threshing chamber 2 having a threshing cylinder 1 for threshing grain culms internally and axially installed therein, providing a discharging port 8 of the tailing returning cylinder 7 in a position at a higher level than the upper part of the threshing cylinder 1 in the threshing chamber 2, arranging a discharging spatial part 8a bulging a threshing chamber top plate 9 for covering the upper part of the discharging port 8 a little to the side of the feed chain 4 at a suitable distance a from a position of a receiving net terminal end 10a of a threshing receiving net 10, locating a rejecting blade 6d of the discharging port 8 on the side of the outlet relatively to a net partition metal 11 of the threshing receiving net 10 and providing a guide plate 12 for discharging the rejected tailings to the side of the inlet.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thresher having a swing separator designed to be separable into a separatory section and a swinging actuation section so as to leave the swinging actuation section in the machine body and enable only the separatory section to be taken out of the machine body, thus reducing the weight of the element and facilitating taking out the element out of the machine body, in view of the fact that, conventionally, such a swing separator located under a threshing cylinder chamber and been designed to be taken out of the machine body nearly as a whole thereof, that is, a great portion of the swinging actuation section has been necessitated to be taken out together with the separatory section, therefore the element to be taken out has become heavy as a whole and has been difficult to be detached. SOLUTION: This thresher is such that a swing separator as a component thereof is made up of a separatory section functioning to receive a threshed matter from a threshing cylinder chamber and sieve and separate the threshed matter under swinging transfer and a swinging actuation section functioning to subject the separatory section to swinging actuation back and forth, and is designed to be separable into the separatory section and the swinging actuation section so as to leave the swinging actuation section in the machine body and enable only the separatory section to be taken out of the machine body.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in the conventional threshing machine, the cereal grains separated from dust waist in the latter half of an exhaust dust treating chamber are exhausted from an exhaustion opening onto a shaking separation sieve, and these grains tend to be directly sucked into an immediately following sucking type dust exhaustion machine and resultantly the grains are lost outside the machine. SOLUTION: A second exhaust dust treating chamber 5 separated with a leaking material 4 is provided on the lower side of a first exhaust dust treating chamber 3 that exhaustion-treats the dust waste relayed from a threshing chamber 1. The second exhaust dust-treating chamber 5 conveys the dust waste leaking down from the first exhaust dust-treating chamber 3 in the opposite direction to the conveying direction of the shaking separation sieve 2 and is exhausted on the upper side above the shaking separation sieve 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the increased discharge of disposed chaff caused by the screening defect at the chaff discharging side even by setting the grain screening side to the best condition in a conventional chaff sieve controlling the screening space by adjusting the angles of all screening plates based on the detection information of a grain sensor. SOLUTION: The thresher 6 is provided with a threshing chamber 1, a disposed chaff treating chamber 2 to treat the chaff discharged from the threshing chamber, an unhulled rice grain sensor 4 and a disposed chaff sensor 5. The shaking screening racks 8 are provided with chaff sieves 9 positioned at a grain size selection zone A containing a large amount of flowing grains and a disposed chaff selection zone B containing a large amount of flowing straw dust. The chaff sieve 9 is constructed in a manner to enable the independent control of the screening gaps of the selection plates 10a, 10b of the grain size selection zone A and the disposed chaff selection zone B. The selection gap of the selection plate 10b is controlled based on the detection information of the disposed chaff sensor 5 and that of the other plate 10a is controlled by the information transmitted from the unhulled rice grain sensor 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate problems such as difficulty and low efficiency in the removal of rachis-branches due to the absence of the mutual jostles of unhulled rice grains and the deterioration in the grading performance due to the presence of unhulled rice grains having rachis-branches in a large amount under conventional technology in which the rice grains having the branches are jumped up, thrown and carried around the inner wall of a treating chamber and simultaneously threshed between the treating teeth of a rotated treating cylinder and a treating net. SOLUTION: A second treating chamber 11 which receives and retreats the second grade grains from a threshing chamber and in which a second treating cylinder 11 is pivotally spun is disposed on one side of the threshing chamber 9 in which a threshing cylinder 8 is pivotally spun or at a proper rear position. A discharging port 15 is opened and disposed on the final carrying end side of the second treating chamber. An openable or closable resistance plate 16 which is always energized in the closing direction so as to impart a proper resistance to the discharging port in the counter-carrying direction is disposed in the discharging port 15.
