摘要： PURPOSE: To minimize pressure loss in a reverse rotation valve circuit by providing a rotatable spool disposed in a circular passage with a means to receive air at one end and selectively distribute air to one of plural passages disposed adjacent to the other end. CONSTITUTION: A power tool 1 bas a handle having an air inlet 3 to give priming fluid to an air motor 13, and it is provided with a tilt valve 5 operated by a trigger 6 for feeding pressure fluid into a chamber 9. In the chamber 9, a rotary spool 10 is disposed as a reverse rotation valve means to selectively distribute the pressure fluid to a normal direction port 20 or a reverse rotation port. Air passing from an air passage 4 in the chamber 9 through the spool 10 is directed to either of two passages by actuation of the spool 10. The rotary spool 10 has plural pinion teeth in an outer circumference roughly at a middle part of it, and rack teeth of a normal direction pushbutton 30 and a reverse direction pushbutton 25 are engaged with these to control its rotation.
