摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rush product with a high-quality feeling which prevents discoloration even when it is used repeatedly by sewing a pictorial pattern on the surface of the texture forming the constituting part of a product made of rushes, with threads and setting the distance of the warp threads of the texture in a specified value. SOLUTION: When rushes are used for a floor cushion C, the distance of the warp threads is set less than 10mm, 8mm for instance to obtain a mat woven in double-stitch. This mat is cut to two sheets 21, 22 of 56×55cm. Then, a cloth on which a number of fish patterns are described on the surface, is prepared and paper having a large strength is stuck on the rear face thereof. And two fish patterns are cut off from the cloth together with the paper and stuck on the nearly central part of the mat 21 with an adhesive. And the peripheral edge of the two fish-pattern sheets 1, the tail, and the gills are embroidered 61 with blue threads and also the mat is embroidered 62 so as to surround the two fish-pattern sheets 1 with the same thread. And kapok 7 having nearly the same size with the mats 21, 22 and the thickness of about 15mm is put between the mats and laminated and a hemming cloth 8 is put on the peripheral edge and the four corners of the laminated body and sewed with sewing threads 8.

Furthermore, a fabric hem 2 is provided at the edge of the seat part 1. Each cover constituting body is formed by folding a a straw mat of a necessary width woven so that the direction of rush face a direction of the length so as to make a folding line in the direction of the length and filling inside with a filler 3. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat which has a new colored pattern having, for example, a thin and faint tone of color and calmness by representing the color pattern by varying the thickness, length or intervals the lines of a colored rush exposed to a surface of the mat. SOLUTION: A colored rush 2 is downwardly projected between vertically intersected rushes 1 between first and second warps 3 from the left. The downwardly projected colored rush 2 is then upwardly projected between the vertically intersected rushes 1 between third and fourth warps 3 from the left. The upwardly projected colored rush 2 is exposed to a surface in a state that it is squeezed between te adjacent rushes 1, 1, so that it is thinned by being pushed by the rushes 1, 1 in comparison with the colored rush 2 not exposed to the surface.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rush product which enables linear formation of an edge part prevented from being frayed and thereby enables adjustment of the type of matting as the rush product, in regard to the rush product of which the rushes on the cut side of a straw mat to be the base of the product are prevented from being frayed. SOLUTION: A bordered mat (M) has a rectangular bordered mat main body (1) made of the straw mat. Over-edge chain stitch parts (21) sewn with soft twist yarns are formed in the edge parts of the opposite end parts in the longitudinal direction of the main body (1). Edge part sides provided with the over-edge chain stitch parts (21) are folded down to the rear side (3) in a required width respectively. Each over-edge chain stitch part (21) is sewn to the bordered mat main body (1), over the total length, at two places on both sides of the part, with a sewing thread (4). According to this constitution, the edge parts (2) where the straw mat is doubled are provided in the opposite end parts in the longitudinal direction of the bordered mat (M).

SOLUTION: A desk lamp S has a main body member 1 and a shade member 2, and the main body member 1 consists of a board part 3 and a retaining part 4. The board part 3 is equipped with a bottom frame member 31, a center fixture 33 which is fixed to the bottom frame member 31 via a coupling member 32, and a leg member 34 which is removably mounted on a mounting plate 331. An electric bulb 5 is mounted in a socket 331 of the center fixture 33. The retaining part 4 is composed of a support member 41 and a retaining member 42 which is fixed to the top end of the support member 41. The shade member 2 is cylindrical and composed of a reed screen-formed body 21 on a front side and a rush paper 22 on a rear side. The reed screen-formed body 21 is an array of rush 211 knitted with strings 212. The rush paper 22 is produced from fibers of the rush paper 22.
