摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a thermal molding product having a paper-like appearance with specific ranges of whiteness and glossiness for most of its peripheral surface from a polyolefinic resin mixed with an inorganic filler. CONSTITUTION:A polyolefinic resin (e.g., polypropylene resin) in 40-75wt% preferably is mixed with 25-60wt% an inorganic filler (e.g., talc) and 1.5-8wt% titanium oxide (e.g., titanium dioxide), together with an unsaturated carboxylic acid, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet rays absorber, an antistatic agent, a lubricant, a pigment, etc., as needed, by a usual mixing method. The mixture is molded into a sheet by a sheet extrusion molding method, etc. The sheet is subjected to a secondary molding process, e.g., vacuum molding, etc., to obtain an aimed thermal molding having a whiteness of 90% or more and a glossiness GS (60%) of 10% or less for most of its appearance. USE:Packing container, food container, beverage container, etc.

摘要： PURPOSE:To inhibit the cooling of a heated thermoplastic resin sheet and prevent the generation of a drag line, and to shorten homogenizing and molding cycles by preventing a wide contact with the end surface of a female die of the sheet when the sheet is stretched previously by a plug. CONSTITUTION:A resin sheet 32 is positioned along the inner circumferential surface of a cavity section 21A in a female die 21 by pressure difference through evacuation and air compression by air paths 41, 42 between the female die 21 and a plug 33. Since projecting sections 26 for mold-release plates 24 are further moved downward by fixing quantities by a drive, the sheet 32 after a molding is taken out by the female die 21, and mold-released. Accordingly, since the sheet 32 is brought into contact with the end surface 21c of the female die only by its corner section, the sheet 32 is hardly cooled by a contact with the end surface 21c, a drag line is not generated in a molding, and the sheet is also stretched excellently, thus manufacturing the molding having uniform thickness and superior strength. Since the female die 21 is cooled sufficiently, a molding cycle is shortened, and productivity is improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the titled resin composition composed of a polyolefin resin, talc and titanium oxide, having high whiteness, and luxurious appearance with suppressed luster and transparency, and suitable as a raw material of various molded articles, sheet, film, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective resin composition is produced by kneading (A) preferably 40-75wt% polyolefin resin [preferably a mixture of a polypropylene resin and a polyethylene resin (having a melt index of preferably 0.04-2.0g/10 min) at a weight ratio of 7:3-3:7], (B) 25-60wt% talc (preferably hydrated magnesium silicate having a particle diameter of 10-20mu) and (C) 1.5-8wt% titanium oxide (preferably granular or powdery titanium oxide having particle diameter of 0.1-1mu), and if necessary, (D) other additives. EFFECT:The obtained resin composition has high strength, rigidity, heat-resistance and safety, and excellent printability and paintability, and can be disposed easily.

By this constitution, a multilayered structure container extremely high in oxygen barrier properties and suitable for the preservation of food can be efficiently produced in low percent defective and low cost.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shape recessed and projected patterns on a container and prevent the generation of rain-drop, poor appearance or the like, by a method wherein a thermoplastic resin sheet is heated by a heating plate, formed by heat resistant fibers and provided with a recessed and projected surface, and the sheet is formed through vacuum molding and/or air-pressure molding. CONSTITUTION:A heating plate 11 is provided with an air permeable heating plate 14 on the surface thereof so as to cover venting holes 13 and is provided integrally with a mesh, employing heat resistant fibers such as metallic fibers or carbon fibers for example, on a surface contacting with a sheet 1 through sintering method or the like whereby the air permeable heating plate 14 is formed so as to have recesses and projections. The sheet 1 is introduced between the heating plate 11 and a forming template 15 to pinch and press the sheet 1. Subsequently, pressurized air is supplied through the venting holes 17 of cavities 16 to bring the sheet 1 in contact with the surface of the heating plate 14. Thereafter, the sheet 1 is heated by a heater 12 to transfer the recessed and projected patterns on the surface of the heating plate onto the sheet 1 whereby the recessed and projected patterns are shaped on the sheet 1. According to this method, a molded form, having the recessed and projected patterns, excellent in surface glossiness and having no rain-drop, may be obtained.

CONSTITUTION:A heater 12 for heating is mounted on a heating plate 11, and a venting hole 13 is opened on the surface side of the inside of the heating plate. A heating plate 14 for heating in contact with a sheet 1 is provided in a manner to cover the venting hole 13 on the surface of the heating plate 11. Said heating plate 14 consists of a woven cloth 14a of fine metallic fibers directly in contact with the sheet 1 and a plate 14b backing up said woven cloth. The diameter of the fine metallic fibers constituting the woven cloth 14a should be 15 mum or less, preferably 10 mum or less, and stainless, copper, silver or the like is used as the material, and the material should have surface gloss. Stainless (SUS) should preferably be used for the purpose.
