    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposed live part isolator of fuel cell stack having a structure for insulating a collector terminal formed on an end plate of the fuel cel stack, and an exposed live part being exposed to the outside when fastening a bus bar and for preventing short circuit, and applicable to a plurality of output terminals in single shape, and capable of ensuring prevention of assembly error and easy assembling depending on the application place.SOLUTION: An exposed live part isolator includes a collector terminal 32 composed of an insulating material and formed on an end plate 31 of a fuel cell stack, and a protector 10 for insulating in a system surrounding an exposed live part where a connection 21 of a bus bar 20 is fastened. The protector 10 consists of a protector body 11 in contact with the end plate 31, and internally housing the connection 21 of the collector terminal 32 of the end plate 31 being fastened by a bolt 33 and the bus bar 20, and a protector cover 12 coupled with the protector body 11 and covering the exposed live part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end plate for a fuel cell stack capable of always maintaining a plate state by mutually offsetting torsional deformation according to thermal expansion coefficient and elastic deformation due to fastening force, and to provide a manufacturing method of the end plate for the fuel cell stack.

The base metal is made of a composite material, the reinforcing member is made of a steel reinforcing member, the plurality of the reinforcing members are incorporated inside of the base metal made of the composite material at fixed intervals along the length direction of the base metal made of the composite material, the thermal expansion coefficient of the base metal made of the composite material is 10 μm/m°C, and the thermal expansion coefficient of the steel reinforcing member is 16.5 μm/m°C.
