摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe delivery and administration appliance for therapeutic substances having a reduced invasion rate into a human body when delivering a sheet-like therapeutic substance, and easily and surely administering the therapeutic substance in a transplantation.
SOLUTION: This delivery and administration appliance for therapeutic substances is characterized in having a sheet-like support body supporting the sheet-like therapeutic substance and being elastically deformable, a first shape control means deforming the sheet support body into a planar developed shape and a tubular storage shape by the change in pressure of fluid supplied to the inside, and a second shape control means changing a bending angle of the proximal end of the sheet support body by the change in pressure of the fluid supplied to the inside.

SOLUTION: This therapeutic-substance carrying/administering appliance includes: a cylindrical outer sheath; a slide member installed in the cylindrical outer sheath to be slidable axially therein; and a sheet supporting member connected to a distal end of the slide member for supporting a sheet-shaped therapeutic substance, and held in a flat unrolled shape in a free state in which the sheet supporting member projects outwardly from a distal end of the outer sheath. Responding to sliding of the slide member, moving in the inside direction of the outer sheath causes the sheet supporting member to contact the distal end of the outer sheath, and subsequently to be retracted into the cylindrical outer sheath while being deformed into a tubular shape.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment support system and a method for supporting surgery with which it is possible to visualize remaining treatment regions in a high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) therapy.SOLUTION: The treatment support system 10 having an ultrasonic probe includes: the ultrasonic probe 37 that performs a HIFU therapeutic treatment on a subject; an MRI device 1; an ultrasonic diagnostic therapy apparatus 40 that is positioned within the MRI device 1 and enables capturing ultrasonic images of the subject 24; and a three-dimensional position detecting device that detects the position of the ultrasonic probe 37. After treatment, remaining treatment regions are displayed by subtracting a plurality of images obtained by the MRI imaging before and after contrast radiography.
