    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed spraying technique for a medical implant component which offers a desired material to at least one part of a substrate surface of the component of the medical implant component and so on. SOLUTION: This method includes a step which arranges a component on a holding fixture which can hold the component at normal pressures or nearly normal pressures and a step which sprays a desired material particle at a given high speed toward at least one part of a substrate surface so that a material layer can be accumulated in at least one part of the substrate surface. Spray coating is performed at normal pressures or nearly normal pressures. A desired material may be a reactive type material of titanium or its alloy and so on.
