SOLUTION: In this opening and closing damper device for the opening part of the storage container, a recessed fitting groove body is formed on the peripheral edge seat part of the opening part, the elastic seat ring having a head peripheral face as a pressure contact seat and jaws mounted in stages on both side peripheral face parts in a state of being inclined forward in the fitting direction, is fitted in the recessed fitting groove body, a divergent recessed fitting groove body is formed on the peripheral edge seal part of the opening and closing damper, and an elastic seal ring composed of a pointed part as a contact pressure part with which the elastic seat ring is closely kept into contact to be seated, and a base part composed of an O-ring to be fitted to the divergent fitting groove body, is fitted into the divergent recessed fitting groove.
