摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately manufacture a corrugated sheet on which a plurality of closely adhered bent parts where are extended in parallel are projected like ridges on one surface of a metallic sheet at prescribed intervals.
SOLUTION: After intermittently feeding the metallic sheet 16 with a feed means 21 and accurately positioning the metallic sheet 16 by engaging a positioning pawl 23 with the notch 22a of a positioning member 22 fixed to the metallic sheet 16, because a U-shaped bent part 16b' is formed by pressing the metal sheet 16 with a die 24 in a state wherein the positioning pawl 23 is disengaged from the notch 22a, the generation of thickness reduction is prevented by uniformly pulling the metallic sheet 16 in from both sides of the U-shaped bent part 16b' and the generation of strain is prevented by equalizing the thickness in the U-shaped bent part 16b'. The closely adhered bent part is formed by squeezing the U-shaped bent part 16b' after that.

SOLUTION: Low gloss polypropylene-based resin compositions comprise (A) 30-70 wt.% polypropylene having a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 4-8, (B) 5-25 wt.% polypropylene having a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 15-23, (C) 2.0-10 wt.% polystyrene-ethylene/propylene-polystyrene triblock copolymer having a styrene content of 15-40 wt.% and an MFR of not greater than 0.2/10 min, (D) 5-20 wt.% ethylene-octene copolymer having an octene-1 content of 10-80 wt.%, (E) 15-25 wt.% talc having an average particle diameter of not greater than 5 μm, and (F) 2-10 wt.% particulate calcium carbonate having an average particle diameter of not greater than 5 μm.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve both the durability and privacy protection and reduce the cooling load by forming a heat ray reflection film on the internal face of an external plate glass and furthermore shielding with a protection film which has lower penetrability of visual light ray than the external plate glass. CONSTITUTION:A heat ray reflection film 2 and a protection film 3 are formed on the internal face of a transparent external plate glass 1. Said heat ray reflection film 2 is made of satannic oxide. The protection film 3 consists of a colored transparent middle film 4 such as a polyvinyl butylarl film, for example and a colored transparent inner plate glass 5 and has the penetrability of visual light ray set lower than the external plate glass 1. Such constitution can improve both the privacy protection and the durability, reduce the cooling load and improve the design.
