SOLUTION: When the disc form battery 31 is installed on the opening part 40 by being housed in a battery holder 42, the disc form battery 31 is connected to the power source terminal 43, and supported by being clipped between the power source terminal 43 and the inner wall 36a of the upper case 36. Thereby, the disc form battery 31 is firmly clipped and supported between the power source terminal 43 and the upper case 36 having elasticity, therefore, even if the engaging fixing part 49 is broken, the disc form battery 31 becomes hard to be separated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a coin battery from being inserted with its side inversely set in a portable device by mistake.
SOLUTION: A battery holder 38 has first short and a second long projections 39e, 39f extended in the mounting/removing direction on/from housings 31, 32. A stopper 31h is provided in the housing 31. When the battery holder 38 holding a battery 41 is inserted with its side normally set, the first projection 39e is not engaged with the stopper 31h but allows the insertion of the holder 38. If the holder 38 is inserted with the battery's side reversely set upside down, the second stopper 39f is engaged with the stopper 31h to block the insertion of the holder 38. The holder 38 has a battery support surface 39b to which a step 41c formed between the plus and minus electrodes of the coin type battery 41 is fitted. Thereby the battery 41 can be prevented from being set with its side reversely upside down.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a board in a housing of a portable device by making the housing as thin as possible while increasing its bending rigidity.
SOLUTION: The portable apparatus has the housing 30 made of lower and upper housings 31, 32. The board 33 is incorporated in the housing 30. An LF antenna 18 as an air coil antenna, an RF antenna 19, many electronic components 34, etc. are mounted on the board 33. A linear reinforcing rib 32f is formed integratedly with the rear surface of the upper housing 32 and provided in a gap between the LF and RF antennas 18, 19. Crosswise reinforcing ribs 32g, 32h are disposed in a gap between electronic components 34 inside the LF antenna 18. Consequently, a reinforcing effect of the reinforcing ribs 32g, 32h raises the bending rigidity of the housing 30 to thereby protect the board 33 and make the housing 30 thin.

SOLUTION: The substrate 33 supporting an electronic circuit is housed movably inside the housing 30, and the outer peripheral section of a battery 41 is abutted against a power terminal 36 being fixed at the edge of the substrate 33 and having elasticity. The substrate 33 is fixed onto the housing 30 and the generation of a looseness and an abnormal sound can be prevented by urging the substrate 33 in the arrow A direction by using the resilient force of the power terminal 36 and pushing the substrate against the internal surface of the housing 30. Since the special fixing member for fixing the substrate 33 on the housing 30 and mandays on an assembly in which the substrate 33 is assembled on the housing 30 can be reduced and the substrate 33 is fixed by the resilient force of the power terminal 36, a transmission to the substrate 33 of a bending and an impulse applied to the housing 30 can be prevented.

With this constitution, since the cream solders 21 can be prevented from flowing into the winding 13 side by the shielding body 23 provided between the terminals 18 and the windings 13, short circuit hardly occurs between the windings 13 or between the winding 13 and the terminals 18 or board pads 19 due to the cream solders 21.
