Further, the heater core 8 having the substantially same width as that of the fan is disposed on the discharge side of the fan 7. Further, they are surrounded by a housing 2. With this arrangement, it is possible to aim at reducing the sound of operation of the air-conditioning device.

Therein the opening 4 is not visible from the occupant side, which leads to improvement of the apperance of control panel 1.

In addition, this support member 17 is locked each to each proper spot of a dashboard panel 2c and an instrument panel 3 via each of seal members 21 and 22. And, a ventilating duct is formed by the support member 7 and these panels 2c and 3. With this constitution, a part of these panels 2c and 3 is used as one wall surface of the ventilating duct, whereby a separate air conditioner unit casing is made unnecessary.
