    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold device that can effectively achieve stress relaxation.SOLUTION: A step part 7 is formed at a parting plane with a slide mold 3 of a stationary mold 1. The step part 7 includes: a flat surface 7a in an orthogonal direction with a slide direction of the slide mold 3, and the flat surface 7a receives casting pressure acting to the slide mold 3. Moreover, a stopper member 8 to which the slide mold 3 contact when performed by regression (descent) is disposed on the flat surface 7a. A groove part 9 is formed at a position along the step part 7 on the parting plane with the slide mold 3 of the stationary mold 1. The groove part 9 is disposed at a position superimposing the stopper member 8 (directly under part of the stopper member 8) viewed from a thickness direction of the stationary mold 1, a side face 9a thereof continues with the flat surface 7a of the step part 7 and a large R shape part 10 is formed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of suppressing bending of an ejector pin.SOLUTION: A mold device 10 includes the ejector pin 21, and an ejector plate 17 for supporting the ejector pin 21. The ejector pin 21 is composed of a pin portion 25, and a disc portion 26 which is provided integrally with a base of the pin portion. The ejector plate 17 is provided with a second supporting plate 28 which contains a recess for housing the disc portion 26, and a through-hole 32 for being penetrated by the pin portion 25. The through-hole 32 is a slot 32A.
