    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide easy and safe insulator mounting and removing methods by insulated holding rods. SOLUTION: In the insulator mounting method, an insulator 40 having a communicating hole 41 is mounted by two insulated holding rods 50a and 50b and an insulator sandwiching tool. The insulator 40 is held in a mounting position with the insulator sandwiching tool by using a cotter pin 1, a split pin 10 and a mounting tool 20. A grip part 5 of the cotter pin 1 is held by a grip part 51a of one insulated holding rod 50a and the cotter pin 1 is inserted into the communicating hole 41 of the insulator 40. A head of the split pin 10 is inserted into a holding hole of the mounting tool 20 while the cotter pin 1 is kept in a state where an insertion hole 3 of the cotter pin 1 is turned to an insertion direction of the split pin 10. The held split pin 10 is inserted into the insertion hole 3 against spring force of a leg part by holding a base part 21 of the mounting tool 20 by the grip part 51b of the other insulated holding rod 50b.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support an electric pole body at least at a height position which is the same as that before being cut when the pole body of the cut electric pole is temporarily supported in a case where a new electric pole is rebuilt at the same position as that of the existing electric pole.SOLUTION: An electric pole temporary receiving tool includes a cylindrical trunk part, and a bottom part for closing an opening end on the lower side of the trunk part. The trunk part includes a body having an opening window part which becomes an inlet of the electric pole on the top part of the peripheral surface, and a door which closes the opening window part of the body so as to be openable and closable. In the lower side than the opening window part, a housing space capable of housing gravels therein is formed inside the trunk part.
