    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability in the measurement of the center of an in-pile structure in a nuclear power plant.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inspecting the inside of a reactor container, by which an environmental state in the reactor container can be easily grasped even when an instrument system cannot be used due to occurrence of an emergency.SOLUTION: A cylindrical attachment is attached to a preparatory penetration formed so as to be penetrated into the reactor container and a living body shield surrounding the reactor container and blocked by a sealing plate on the outside of the living body shield (S1). A valve is attached to the attachment and a processor unit is attached to the valve (S2). An aperture is formed on the sealing plate by using a processor of the processor unit (S4). The processor unit is detached by opening the valve to a full opened state (S5), and an instrument unit is attached to the valve (S6). An instrument in the instrument unit is inserted into the reactor container through the valve, the attachment and the penetration. Consequently, information in the reactor container is obtained by the instrument.
