    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a water level inside a harbor from being abnormally lowered by a backwash.
      SOLUTION: This derricking portal type breakwater 11 has a door body 12 raised by buoyancy. The derricking portal type breakwater 11 is provided with a stopper device 17 for supporting the door body 12 when the door body 12 in a rising state is brought down. The stopper device 17 comprises: a supporting rod 17a, the leading end side of which is raised and swung on a base end 17aa by its own buoyancy, and which supports the door body 12 brought down; a fixed rod 17c, the leading end 17ca side of which is raised along with the rising and swing motion of the supporting rod 17a; a fixing hook 17d which is engaged with the side of a base end 17cb on completion of the rising of the fixed rod 17c, so as to fix the side of the base end 17cb, and which prevents the supporting rod 17a from being brought down, in cooperation with the fixed rod 17c; and a winch 19 which winds up a mooring rope 18b for disengaging the side of the base end 17cb of the fixed rod 17c by raising and swinging the fixing hook 17d, when the supporting rod 17a is brought down.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress noise in overflow without generating a V notch even in the case that pressure in a weir is lowered.
      SOLUTION: A flexible membrane-made roof weir has a flexible membrane-made bag body 11 attached to a river bed 12a so as to cross the flow, is expanded to erect in a river 12 by feeding water to the inside of the bag body 11, contracted to put down in the river 12 by draining water from the inside of the bag body 11, and thus maintains a water level and regulates a flow rate. A steel-made overflow chute 13 having a downstream side end attached to the river bed 12a with a hinge 14 is arranged to be freely erected, put down and swung downstream of the bag body 11. The upstream side end of the overflow chute 13 is made in a length down to the bog body 11. A width of the upstream side is substantially the same as a river width. The rear face of the upstream side end of the overflow chute 13 is brought into contact with the bag body 11 due to a self weight. When internal pressure of the bag body is lowered, the shape of the bag body is levelled due to weight of the overflow chute to suppress the V notch. In addition, inclination of the overflow chute is gentle to enable slow overflow so as to reduce noise in overflow.

The luffing gate-type breakwater 11 comprises: a turning guide 17 which is installed in a section, facing the backside 12c of the door body 12 in a storage state, of a storage section 14 for housing the door body 12 in water; an mooring rope 18, one end side of which is attached to the backside 12c of the door body 12 and the other end side of which is pulled out onto a water surface via the turning guide 17; a fixing device 19 which is provided on the other end side of the mooring rope 18, so as to fix the mooring rope 18 pulled out onto the water surface; and a release device 20 which is similarly provided on the other end side of the mooring rope 18, so as to release the mooring of the mooring rope 18 when necessary.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a derricking wave breaker which is used for wave breakage in a shallow sea area such as a bay mouth and a port entrance and can secure wave height transmissibility and reduce a wave force.
      SOLUTION: In the derricking wave breaker 1, a door body 2 is raised diagonally by a buoyancy. The derricking wave breaker includes a stopper device 3 for fixing the door body 2 in a raised state and a fixing/releasing device 4 for releasing the fixing of the door body 2 when the fallen state of the door body 2 is maintained and the door body is raised. The stopper device 3 includes a support rod 3a which is rotatably supported to the base end side and the front end side, raised and swung together with the door body 2, and supports the raised door body 2, a fixed rod 3b which is raised when the support rod 3a is raised and swung, a fixing hook 3c which is engaged with the fixed rod 3b when the rise of the fixed rod is completed to fix the base end side thereof and prevents the support rod 3a at the raised position from falling, and a drive device for the fixing hook for rotating the base end side of the fixed rod 3b to release the engagement of the base end side of the fixing rod by raising and swinging the fixing hook 3c with the base end side of the fixing hook as a fulcrum when the support rod 3a is fallen. An opening 2b is provided to the lower part of the door body 2. Consequently, the wave height transmissibility required can be secured and the wave force can be reduced.
