摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably determine whether or not it is fitted to treatment regulation of an industrial waste in an industrial waste management system. SOLUTION: The industrial waste management system is constituted such that collection/transporting agent terminals 2 possessed by sections dispersed/arranged on respective places of a collection/transporting agent are connected to a collection/transporting agent server 3 managed by the collection/conveying agent through communication network 1. The collection/transporting agent server 3 is provided with a server memory device having a server database; and a server control device for performing control based on information inputted from the collection/transporting agent terminals. The server database stores treatment regulation information including industrial waste treatment regulation at the respective places; allowance information relating to treatment of the industrial waste of a treatment agent; consignment contract information concerning commission of authority concluded between a discharge agent and the collection/transporting agent; and manifest information concerning manifest check issued by the discharge agent. The server control device is provided with function for determining whether or not the consignment contract information is legal based on the allowance information and the treatment regulation information.
