摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a drive source, to downsize the equipment on the whole and to simplify electric wiring to the drive source, in platform door equipment. SOLUTION: The platform door equipment 1 is provided with a platform door device 2, a step device 3 and a drive device 4, and is provided along the track side end portion of a platform 5. The platform door device 2 is provided with platform doors 21 which are arranged corresponding to the entrances 6a of the train 6 and are opened/closed in response to the arrival and departure of the train 6 and door storage sections 22 for storing the platform doors 21. The step device 3 is provided with movable steps 31 which are arranged corresponding to the entrances 6a of the train 6 and are extended/stored in response to the arrival and departure of the train 6 and step cases 32 for storing the movable steps 31. The drive device 4 is provided with a drive mechanism 42 to drive the platform doors 21, a drive mechanism 43 to drive the movable steps 31 and the drive source 41 shared by the drive mechanisms 42, 43.
