    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the deposition of bubbles on an impeller and to improve the mixing and agitating performance by fixing an erected supporting plate to the lower end of a rotary supporting shaft and suspending plural strip-shaped vanes from the lower end of the supporting plate at a specified setting angle. CONSTITUTION:A supporting plate 12 is fixed to the lower end of a rotary supporting shaft 11 in the radial direction of a rotating plane vertically to the rotating plane. Plural strip-shaped vanes 13 are suspended from the lower end face of the plate 12 at regular intervals, and the setting angle of each vane 13 to the longitudinal axis of the plate 12 is controlled to 10-90 deg., and the height of each vane 13 is controlled so that the vane travels along the bottom of an agitated tank 2. Since the vane supporting plate is erected in this way, bubbles are not deposited, the plate acts as a kind of paddle, and the mixing and agitating performance is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an agitation vane capable of performing uniform agitation on the whole in a short time and curtailing agitation power required for agitation. CONSTITUTION:A fitting boss 8 is fitted to a freely rotatable rotating shaft 4 by a motor 5. A plurality of the 1st blade plates 9 and the 2nd blade plates 10 are arranged on the fitting boss 8 at specified pitches in the longitudinal direction of the rotating shaft 4. The installing position of the 2nd blades plate 10 is displaced in the rotational direction 12 from that of the 1st blade plates 9 to shift the 2nd blade plates 10 from the 1st blade plates 9 by a half pitch and the 1st blade plates 9 and the 2nd blade plates 10 are inclined from the rotational direction 12. The inclination of the 1st and 2nd blade plate 9, 10 decreases the resistance during rotation. The shift of the 2nd blade plates 10 by a half pitch causes a body to be agitated in an agitation tank 1 to be totally agitated by the 1st agitating plates 9 and 2nd agitating plates 10 during the rotation of an agitation blade 7 because each of the 2nd blade plates 10 is passed through an unoccupied part between the adjacent 1st blade plates 9.

    • PURPOSE:To improve dispersion performance with small driving power for agitation by providing the mounting bosses mounted to a revolving shaft with beams, forming the sectional shapes of these beams to streamlined shapes and providing intermediate blades mounted to the beams between the front end blades mounted to the front ends of the beams and the mounting bosses. CONSTITUTION:The agitating vanes 5 are constituted of the mounting bosses 8 mounted to the revolving shaft 4 which is inserted into an agitating tank 1 and is freely rotated by a driving device 6, the beams 9 which are mounted at one end to the mounting bosses 8 and extend at the other end to the outer side of the revolving shaft 4 and the front end blades 10 mounted to the other ends of the beams 9. The sectional shapes of the beams 9 are formed to the streamlined shapes. The intermediate blades 11 mounted to the beams 9 are installed between the mounting bosses 8 and the front end blades 10. Consequently, the shearing area of the blades increases and, therefore, the dispersion performance is improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate generation of an upstream and a downstream without forming a stirring blade helically, and thereby facilitate the manufacture of the stirring blade device by installing a pair of blade supporting members extended in an orthogonal plate to a rotary shaft, on the rotary shaft and attaching a plate-like stirring blade obliquely between the blade supporting members. SOLUTION: A stirring blade device 1 is used for stirring a paint or foods in a tank when manufacture these products, and is composed of a rotary shaft 4, an upper and a lower blade support beam 5, 6 and a pair of stirring blades 7, 8. Both blade supporting beams 5, 6 are formed in sach a state that the beams are extended on an orthogonal plate to the axial core direction 10 of the rotary shift 4. These blade support beams 5, 6 are installed in such a manner that the angle formed by the beams is 90 deg.C as viewed on the plan. In addition, each of the stirring blades 7, 8 are installed in such a way that both upper and lower end parts are tilted at same angle (e.g. 45 deg.) with the center shafts 11, 12 of each of the blade support breams 5, 6 within an orthogonal plane to the axial core direction 10 of the rotary shaft 4, and at the same time, are tilted with an orthogonal plane to the axial core direction 10.
