SOLUTION: A preprocessor 7 changes a focal position used as the position of an X-ray tube 2 in a condition without a subject 5 to acquire the X-ray incidence rate of each detection module in every focal position, approximates the X-ray incidence rate of each detection module with the X-ray incidence rate of the module with the presence of a reference detector obtained in the condition without the subject, and stores a coefficient of an approximate polynominal in a storage device 8. When imaging the subject 5, the X-ray incidence rate when imaging the subject of each detection module is computed using the X-ray incidence rate of the module with the presence of the reference detector, and the stored coefficient, and sensitivity correction data for every focal position is obtained using the computed X-ray incidence rate when imaging the subject. The separators are inclined against an X-ray focus direction within a range wherein the separators are stored in areas of the shadow of the X-rays generated by the X-ray shielding members of the scattered radiation prevention grid.
