SOLUTION: The battery pack 1 having a protecting circuit 10 and a protecting element 7 mounted on a unit battery 2 and the protecting circuit 10 and the protecting element 7 housed in a cover 11 is provided with an inner frame 6 inside the cover 11. The inner frame 6 is fixed to the unit battery 2, while supporting the protecting circuit 10, a boss 13 protruded from the inner frame 6 is inserted into a hole 12 fitted at the cover 11, and the cover 11 is fixed to the inner frame 6 by fusion deformation of the boss 13.
